BUILDFIX’s comprehensive service offering for the development of quality residential properties includes the following steps:
1. An assessment and consultation with the client to clearly define their requirements for the proposed home.
2. A recommendation of an architecturally designed plan that aligns with the client's budget and preferences—samples of BUILDFIX’s plans are available
3. Selection of a stand in the client's preferred area from a variety of locations best suited to their needs.
4. Conducting an interview to gather the necessary information and documentation for submitting a home loan application.
5. A detailed explanation of the entire process, from bank approval to land registration and occupation, to keep the client informed at every stage.
6. Upon loan approval, a conveyancing attorney will facilitate the registration of the property in the client's name at the Deeds Office.
7. Concurrently, the corresponding bond will also be registered at the Deeds Office.
8. Once the bond is registered and the housing department approves the house plan, construction will commence, with the client being notified at least one day in advance.
9. Throughout the construction process, the client is encouraged to visit the site to ensure that the build aligns with the agreed-upon specifications.
10. Upon completion, the house will be inspected by both bank and council inspectors. After this evaluation, BUILDFIX will inform the client, and the project manager will meet them at the property to confirm compliance with the agreement and client satisfaction.
11. When the client expresses their satisfaction, they will be asked to sign a letter of satisfaction, and the keys to the house will be handed over.
12. Prior to handover, BUILDFIX’s project manager will ensure that all fittings, fixtures, and construction elements are in full working order.

- Ongoing communication to keep you informed about the work date, arrival time, duration, and progress of the repair, along with information regarding excess and clearance certification
